ORGANISING THE SALE
This is where we hit the ground running, and create the exposé. Our photographer will perfectly stage your property and the sales documents will be compiled or applied for. We also hire tradespeople or cleaners if necessary..
In this step we contact prospective buyers from our client list before advertising the property through portals and social media.
We only offer viewings to clients whose creditworthiness we’ve assessed, and only by appointment.
Your property will be reserved while we prepare the notary’s appointment, where the sales contract will be signed.
PURCHASE TRANSACTION | FOLLOW UP
Handover takes place once the buyer has paid the purchase price. We’ll gladly organize and supervise any renovation work.
